I started with Footprints in 2019. It is a very affordable Company and most of all I love that they do our billing, I am very at ease, and we didn’t have any charges from Footprints till we were able to bill and even then it was about two months after that is when Footprints started their fees. Which was not much at all. When we call support customer service is very helpful at what they do and very efficient. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate. They have no complicated screens, easy workflow, easy for us to teach our new staff and now it is accessible from anywhere. I have worked in a few EMR systems and Footprints has been the most favorable of all. How many EMR Company’s are you able to talk to the owner of the company like Footprints.
